yeah if all the cartel there just join up and open something like this or las vegas style of strip join that have smoke shop restaurant bar, entertainment they will make lot of money for everyone they can get piece of the doe without losing their life over it, everyone mexican can make money, i think if mexican comunity in the usa if they could invest in something like that they would be rich in no time too, instead of build socer ball park that barely anyone use them CA should have build more of strip join or like Medelin in Columbia, were the latin people could use them or like Bangla Road and walking street in Thailand for the asian comunity the local surplus budget could generate hell lot more income for the people there as business grow more prosperity, state and local government in California kind dum if run the place would be much diferent and more closely base on this sort of business sort of model
