Women that beautiful are everywhere in Medellin. In fact, some of the lesser wealthy areas have even more naturally beautiful women. Such as Manrique and Aranjuez. If you ask locals the vast majority of men will tell you that Manrique has the hottest women in Medellin. I have seen women in Manrique that you would swear they are models.

I saw some nightlife walking tour videos in London and Paris its a mess, dirty everywhere people crying, puking, a bunch of dudes dressed like junkies or Hippies and some drugged/drunk barefoot blond chicks walking like a zombie . And it's quite ironic how a ''third world'' country seems to be more civilized and clean, look all these people well dressed, calm, and really happy enjoying the moment
