- Just like the Outdoor 2x4 sectional we found this on Pinterest www.remodelahol...
I actually was able to build to the table in 1 day but I pushed off the sanding and putting the stain on for about 2 months.
I'm really happy with how this turned out, much better than I expected.
The Chair Build video: • Outdoor Sectional with...
Brian, Project well done and completed... nice.My wife almost caught me watching this video tonight, I was able to switch back over to the nude yoga channel just in time...It would be terrible if she found out that I like making stuff, I can here it now....make me this , make me that and oh wait look at what Norm just made in 30 minutes on t.v..Excellent job Brian.
+Joe Bucci Haha! that was too funny Joe that comment had me laughing for a good 5 minutes. Thanks!
Lmao nice!
+Joe Bucci HAHA!!
I lol'd at this comment haha
Glad I'm not the only one
This video and the sectional build are my favorite DIY videos. Loved it. Great job!
+Stuart Harvey Thank you for stopping by and commenting, I really appreciate it.
+My DIY I enjoyed the video.
Great Table Brian, definitely going to build one like this. Particularly like the way you turned the table, I wouldn't have used the support so you saved me an injury!!
+FlytyingAce Thank you very much for watching and commenting. I had a lot of fun trying to flip that table over, it was a beast. Cheers!
That is awesome work for a dude without a table saw! Well done!
Thanks!
Great Job Brian. I appreciate you showing your mishaps. So real. Thank B! Keep up the Good Work.
Thank you very much!
Wow thats amazing! I need to try to make one just like that one for my backyard!
+Killinemsoflty504 It was pretty easy to do, I just kept putting it off. Good luck on yours!
Just a strolling by, looking for ideas... Saw this video, decided to watch...
N I C E job!
Thanks for the idea!!
Thanks!
Thanks for posting this video. I also found the plans on Pinterest, and seeing what you did was super helpful. Plus, as long as I finish in less than 2 months, I can tell my wife that I got it done faster than the CZcams guy. I would have liked to see how you did the cuts on the 4x4 posts. That’s the one thing I can’t figure out. I may have to use a hand saw.
It was a little sketch but I positioned my miter saw to make a 45 degree compound cut and held the would about 3.5 inches away from the center line. It made a great angled cut to drill into. I hope this helps. Cheers!
Great idea and the color is perfect!
Thanks for stopping by!
awesome video! i'll definitely be making a version of this for my back yard.
+ManCaveHQ Thanks! Let me know how it turns out.
i plan to make a cooler table but with less wood. i think also i will cut a hole for the cooler box and router rebate for it to sit flush, also with finger holes at the edges so it can be lifted out easily. great work.
Good thinking. This design work but it would certainly be nice to have the ice boxes 1.5 inches higher.
Nice job! I built this table too.... never got around to putting a finish on it; gave it to some friends, and they still haven't put a finish on it either! ha ha! I'll build it again someday, but I'll take the time to put a finish on as I go. :-)
That's funny, I need to put another coat on this table now that it has been sitting out for the last two years.
Great job man. Going to be making the same one myself. Hope it comes out as good
+Dimas Cuevas Thank you very much, I was really surprised how easy it to was to do. You'll do great!
I have never seen those brass wood anchors before, they are a good idea. I will see if they have them at bunnings, here in Australia
They were very helpful to get the screws to hold in place, good luck!
Did you find them??? I'm in Australia too!
Dang dude nice job!
+Javier Solis Thank you very much I appreciate you stopping by!
Aw slow down on the caffeine rush hahaha
But great build, I will be adapting this to make my own! Thanks!
I hear ya on the caffeine... Cheers
Replaced one that was broken. It works so good that we had to turn it down to 1
Not sure I'm following you there.
Any chance I could get the wood measurements (length and width etc) were and how many pieces of each were used? Im looking at building this but am getting someone else to cut the wood for me. Great job by the way. Very inspiring.
I linked the website I used for this table in the description.
Nicely done!
+Matthew S Thanks!
Well done nice job.
I will be doing a similar project sometime this week 👍
Cool, let me know how it goes.
Roughly How much did you spend on material?
Great video
Thank you!
Rough estimate around 150...
Good job and way to stick with it.....
Thanks!!!
eu gostei muito, bem prática e resistente se fosse minha só não usaria esse cor aplicada
Thanks!
really nice man.
Thank you!
great job bud
Thanks!
great job. just found your channel, glad i did.subbed and thumbs up.
+D.J. Saxton I appreciate the comment, thanks for stopping by!
Was that a red stain or paint? And did you use a gloss or poly on it? If not was that an allweather paint? I really liked the color. Great table! Thanks for the video!
We actually used a deck stain so we did not have to use a poly on it. Thank you very much for stopping by!
This good idea, but what if you do best folding ?? that's my idea and I will try to create a so .. Greetings from Argentina!
Cool!
How has it held up with wood movement? All of that wood without room to move looks like warping or splitting would happen.
The only issue was warping. I could have prevented that with better finish and wood joinery but since this wood was so cheap I just put so more pocket holes into it.
Do you have the wood cut list for this. I am trying to build something similar with built in grill on one side and ice box on the other. The cut list would be super helpful. thanks.
I used the link which is in the description and there is a cut list in their blog.
Credit where it is due, if nothing else, I learned how to turn a giant table upright, though the rest of this was fun as well.
Haha, thanks for watching.
Man I think thats our old cat... your not in Spokane are you? Nice table, I think I will build one similar to that. The cooler boxes are perfect! cool video.
Justin Carter Nah not in Spokane, great city by the way, if you have any questions with the build let me know.
We moved from there 5 year's ago, had a cat that we couldn't find to take with when we moved here to AZ. All our old neighbors still see that crazy thing wondering the neighborhood. I dig those chairs, I have family coming soon and no outdoor furniture by the pool, I am thinking of doing something like you did. Roughly how much $$ in lumber was all of this?
Justin Carter I think it was around 200-300 dollars for the table and each chair was 20-30. Of course that was just for the wood.
How did you get that type of cut on the leg post that connects to the table with the miter saw. You don't show that in the video.
Whoops, sorry about that. I used my Miter saw at a 45 degree bevel or you could set a table saw at 45 degree with the fence approx at 2.75".
Hey Great Video! Thanks so much. Can you tell me where to get plans? The link in description goes to page but no plans? Thanks so much!
The link directs you to a website with all of the info you need to build the table, cut list and description on how to put it together.
Love the table, love the design, great idea, way too much talking ;)
Thank you for your feedback on the amount of talking.

Beautiful table!! great job!
how much do you charge to make a table exactly like this one?
I will purchase it from you, if would make one for my family...
JEMY
Thank you very much for the nice comment. If I were to charge for this table it would be about 500-600. If you're interested please send me a PM. Thanks!
My DIY I would be interested in purchasing one from you. Where are you located
good job, br
Thanks!
I'm from brazil hehehe I'll create one. Falou
Are the top of the table spaced at all?
I space them 1/8 apart.

Can you link the container?

Thanks!
Where did you get your anchors?
I purchased them at Menard's. I am sure most home stores would have them.
My DIY I’ve only seen the brass ones
Where did you get the ice boxes?
Home Depot had them. I'm not sure if they still do though.
Ok cool thank you
Is it a plant tray? I want to know where to look at in Home Depot lol I’m going to make that table this week
@@CarlosHerrera-qm3ih yes, that is exactly right.

+Christian Kramer yeah, was I talking to fast...?
Christian Kramer
Killed a bug @11:57
Oops, or should I say yes, I did that on purpose. Good eye to catch that!
Dont waste your money on the plans at remodleholic! There are better plans out there including youtube videos that show you how to build similar but better tables for free. I got cheated... had a feeling when there was no reviews (on the website). Also, if you take your time to build it correctly with the benches it takes more than 1 day (i.e. sanding & staining as you go).
I appreciate your feedback but I didn't have to pay anything for the plans. They came free of charge.
Another Yaker
Huh?
Top build my friend, but the colour is horrid, sorry..😉
I'm sorry you feel that way, but we love it. Cheers!
My DIY no offence meant.. 😢each to there own, hey..
I understand, it is certainly true about to each their own.
My DIY. 👀

Less face more tutorial please. But its cool.
I hear ya, thanks for stopping by
Please concentrate more on filming the objects minus the face.
I "see" what you're saying... I made another table video that might be to your liking.
this is a copycat comment
Huh?
