This works AMAZINGLY! I use it every night before bed to help with leg cramps. It's also great for arthritis, restless leg syndrome, muscle aches/pains, trouble falling asleep. For the full recipe, please consider "joining" the channel where we have all of our own proprietary formulas.
Which do you prefer? Magnesium chloride or magnesium sulfate? I just read mag chloride is more absorbable and the flakes dissolve more quickly. Do you include a warning for pregnant women? I appreciate all you do.
@@2degucitas it’s magnesium chloride. Pregnant women should never use anything before consulting with their physician.
Looks like a great recipe where is the written recipe you’re not telling measurements:(
@@patriceboquet4995 you can get that by joining the membership here on my channel or joining my Patreon
You put this video out at the right time that I needed it. I get real bad leg cramps from dialysis treatment and store ointments and creams do not work great and they don't last long.
I’m so sorry hun. This has helped so many people. I swear by it. It’s like magic, not kidding. A good 2 minute rub into the cramp with this and it’s gone.
@@TheSoapChef Thank you so much
Thank you for this! I am amazed at how well it works!
glad you like it
I've made this and it is absolutely amazing!!! Love it💕💕
Thank you Lori 🥰
Hi Soap Chef,
This looks amazing I have several types of chronic arthritises and Restless leg syndrome and I would love to try making this to try, it's Autumn down here and the pain gets worse during those cooler months. Thankyou for sharing the making of this.
Thank you for sharing!
This is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing this. Would you recommend making this without the emulsifier?
No
I agree. I do have many that love the emulsified for hydration. A few that claim the traditional has healing properties and like to use both.
I love your magnesium lotion.
Thank you Cindy
Thank you.. I need to make this.. I have lots of leg pain which I don't know where the pain stem from... I will try this and keep you updated. Thank you ❤
I just uploaded a new and improved version of this last week
@@TheSoapChef ohh ok.. I'mma check that out.. Thank you ❤
I just looked on your site for this and then I realized you posted the video 6 hrs ago lol. I was ready to get it 😅
Haha, it’s going up on the site today
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff!!! ❤❤❤ I’m good with just buying it from you still. 😊 I get muscle aches on the left side of my neck and right next to my ear and it works wonderfully for that! Love and miss you! 🥰
I actually tell everyone how much this has helped you Aub. 🥰 Miss you too honey.
How much do you sell your magnesium butter for?
Anyone else LOVE this video and wanna curl up while she reads your favorite book to you? Ahhhhh relaxing video, your voice is heavenly, perfect for this content. Of course I'm missing a few ingredients & on a budget so I'll have to wait a few months to try this recipe 😢 but soooo excited bc my body is recovering from not being able to walk for 5 years + 3 foot surgeries. Stumbled onto this video & so glad bc it's not easy to find content that I enjoy the person's voice as well as their knowledge. If I made a tiny batch without a preservative how quickly should I use it? You could make some serious money reading for audible, just sayin💖 *new subscriber*🥰
What a lovely thing to say. Thank you so much and welcome 🥰. If you want to make this for your own personal use without a preservative, I would say that it would need to be used up within a seven day timeframe.
@TheSoapChef I used what I do have & made a tiny batch Completely by hand with a wisk lol🤭 Idk if its my years around my mom's spa & as a massage therapist or dumb luck or talent or all 3 but it came out Creamy & fantastic. My skin is like butter & I feel like a noodle. Your video was what inspired my recipe the most. TYSM 😊 🙏
I just put a screen shot up on my community tab of where the join button is located for those of you who have been looking on your phone or tablet. You won’t be able to access it through those means, it Hass to be on a laptop or desktop computer. Go to the community tab above and you will see the screenshot of where the join button is located.
i have mine as a spray that i spray over my legs - just the magnesium brine and lavender essential oil - and because it is sprayed on i still gently rub it over my legs and because of that i get it obviously onto my hands - leg cramps are wicked but when its your hands OMG there isnt any pain but my hands just twist up something disgusting and look quite tortured and twisted - i think the cream sounds really good
Oh no, I’m so sorry. That has to be awful. I use to use the oil in a spray but I prefer the dropper. I do scent the oil that I sell with lavender essential oil as well.
I am looking for the Magnesium butter full recipe.. I only see the non-member video.
It's in the members only section: czcams.com/video/4AI7OKJCmxY/video.html
How do I become a member? I can’t find the join button.
If you are on an iPad or iPhone, you will not be able to see the join button because CZcams took that away from Apple users due to Apple demanding 30% of the revenue. If you were on a desktop computer or a laptop computer or an android you can see the join button. Because of this, I have created a Patreon just a few days ago. It is patreon.com/soapchef.
I only have my iPad or phone, I did join your patreon can I get this recipe there?
It’s not there, it’s here in the member section. I won’t be doing any updates to either the member section here or my Patreon until after the new year.
Is there a website I can purchase the recipe to this?
No, I don’t have the recipe up on any website. You can get the recipe in the member section here on CZcams or join my Patreon.
I believe the flakes is magnesium chloride.Would Epsom salt(magnesium sulphate) work just as well?
No, I’m sorry, you will not get the same affect
I have been looking at making a similar cream with magnesium but I was interested in the inclusion of DSMO. Unfortunately it is only available on prescription in Australia, so will be making mine without it.
Yes, unfortunately it’s one of those ingredients that definitely is used for medicinal purposes, so it is not widely available across the globe. I used to use it all of the time in my massage practice years and years ago and it helped so many people. The people who have purchased This product from me have had such relief. They have told other people about it and they have since purchased from me. I can’t keep it in stock.
Love this video and joined your patreon but dont see the recipe for this, I would love to make this for my mother since she is 84 and has great pain in her knees, and I think this would help greatly, since Im a new maker and have not made anything with magnesium I think you give the best directions.
I can’t find the join button
Really like your video for magnesium butter
You can only see it if you were on a laptop or PC, for whatever reason it doesn’t show up on a phone or iPad
If you finish and find it is still grainy, can one remix?
You really do. Need to take your time when making this product. Mix cool mix cool to make sure that the DMSO that is mixed in with the magnesium oil gets incorporated properly.
I honestly prefer an emulsion over anhydrous balm any day. Maybe it’s bc I live in the heat 🔥
I don’t particularly care for straight body butters that are not emulsified. Just too oily and greasy no matter how much arrowroot you use.
Hi
Where can I buy your product ?
www.soap-chef.com
Can’t find your membership button
If you’re on an iPhone it’s not visible. There’s a link in the community tab
I just joined but can't find where to get the recipes.. Can you please tell me where to get the recipes..
All recipes are in the members only section
@@TheSoapChef Is the recipe written out someplace to print? Also when you say 7% of the butters... what is it 7% of? the mag salts and water are 8 oz.. so that one makes sense.
@@TheGypsywanderer the recipe is usually at the end of the video in the member section. 7% is 7% of the entire formula. A formula is 100%. 7% is just that, 7% out of the hundred percent. We always work in percentages not ounces or cups or tablespoons.
Hello - I’m not finding the paid member subscription option??
