They (particularly Martin) have tomato ketchup with meals but I’ve never seen gravy. Might have helped. Is gravy forbidden by the Jewish? Though you can get non meat versions. I know they are secular jews. They never adhere to kosher rules either. Pretty sure Martin suggested getting a hotdog in the tenpin bowling episode lol.
I have seen a gravy boat on the table in some episodes but never seen it been used.
Its actually because of production reasons. Filming a single scene can take hours, and if the food had gravy on it, it would look and taste disgusting. Thats all haha

Because it is a filmed show and they only cooked one meal for a shot and it took a few hours, so if they used gravy it would be cold and not nice.
