I think apartment #5 because it hit your list of needs and it was stunning. Your only drawback is the washer/dryer being in the closet. Which honestly isn’t that bad. You don’t have to bring your clothes anywhere, straight from dryer onto hangers/in drawers. The kitchen and bathroom were gorgeous ❤
Hi Lauren! I moved from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale like 3 weeks before you did last year, and then I just moved back to Tampa a few months ago, so it feels like we're on the same track, haha! You're gonna LOVE Tampa. It its growing so fast but you're right about the difference in traffic and safety. I could not stand the other coast. There's so much to do over here with Sarasota and St. Pete, as well. So happy for you and looking forward to seeing how you enjoy Tampa!
i think you chose apartment #5, it was stunning! it seriously looks like a house and so cozy!
can’t wait to see all the moving vlogs and content Lauren! so happy for you! the gulf side is SO beyond beautiful ☀️
thank you so much!!!
@@laurensnyder how u makin your spending money to afford in a nice apartment being a HO and sellin your vagina
I bet your a** cant afford to live here in San Francisco tho….i see Tampa aint as beautiful as San Francisco
@@laurensnyder when the manager raises your rent u gonna paylot more money on your rent…..just wait until a whole lot of people move to Florida its gonna be more expensive to live in Florida
People that are saying Tampa is so expensive need to understand she is showing luxury apartments in South Tampa (the most ritzy part of town), not normal apartment prices around town. An average 1 bedroom apartment is $1600 outside of South Tampa/downtown. Used to be a lot cheaper before Covid and the influx of northerners, but I digress. To people saying she should buy instead, the real estate market exploded in Tampa and if she wants to live in South Tampa area like she does now, we are talking 1 million 🙃
#1 & #4 were my favorites! #5 is so cute though!
I wish I could afford those prices lol, love your videos! Enjoy your new apartment!
We also have windows to the ground and I love it. But we only have one bath tub and no shower at all. In our building packages get stolen a lot, too, and it makes me feel unsafe here 😭 I have to get sent the packages to my mum, who lives one hour away from me.
The fifth looks amazing !!
You’re going to love the Tampa Bay Area! I’m in St. Pete💗
My dream is to live in a apartment with my friends anywhere in the world, seeing this gives me inspiration of where to live in an apartment with my amazing friends
Where is your top from?!! I’m loving the light pink👏🏻🫶🏻
I think #4 or #5 would suit you, unless you find something else out of the park gorgeous. I can't wait to see your moving vlogs.🙂
these apartments look so beautiful in Florida
Good luck with the new place.
Curious to know cause I live in fla. Too about the windows, are they hurricane impact window's? We have hurricane season you know. For that price those windows better be able to stand up to the wind.
I think you chose 5 because previously you said that your apartment wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and this one looked like it was still getting final touches
Cheaper option is to find a roommate and share a 2x2 in channelside, rent literally gets half in range, yet you get all great amenities!
Those are such adorable apartments!
Yes but not everyone can afford $2,000 plus a month
Hey sis I’m in the process of selling my 2900sqft home and downsizing to a 1 bedroom to be in Tampa FL. This video was helpful. I definitely like Channel Side and Armature Works.
Your willing to pay $2700 a month for a one bedroom!
🤣 Stupid!
Please, if you can write the names of the apartments that you looked at as I am looking in Tampa as well these are beautiful and I’ve been having bad luck. Thank you.
We have similar tastes in apartments. nice video
Was there much walkability where you were? Did you get a real estate agent or did you look on Zillow for each one you wanted to checkout?
I’d kill to have my laundry room in my closet! Could you imagine how easy it would be to put away clothes!?
it isnt as great as it seems because most closets with the laundry in it have little room for clothes. the machines take up most of the space. if you were to use the closet for towels, shoes, or bulky items that you would not put away in your bedroom closet, then it works! If the closet space were large and walk-in-able, then yeah I'd like that too.
these are gorgeous!!!
Lauren, thanks for the video so helpful, how can we get the numbers or names of the apartments that you saw; we are about to make a move to Tampa!
Great APARTMENT HUNTING in Tampa bay nice view
Hey girlie just wanted to say I’ve lived in Tampa my whole life and it isn’t like other major cities where the city is centered around downtown. I think the apartments you were mainly looking at were in channelside, which is the only part of “downtown” that is walkable and safe imo. I would try looking in the SOHO (south Howard) area if you haven’t already. Sounds more so like what you are looking for
this was so helpful, thank you so much!! ((:
Hey. Looking to move to Tampa. How’s the walkability at SOHO. My main thing about downtown is being able to walk to the gym, grocery store, etc. is that doable in any other part of the city?
Can you name some good apts to look at there?
Been in Tampa my whole life. Welcome
Would you mind sharing what the names of these apartments are?? (:
2,700 for a 1 bedroom?!?! That’s crazy better off buying a house
Or move to ocala because it's super cheap to live there.
@@bosslife3663 that’s far away
Yeah just get a house!
Apparently she picked the $3100 one too omg 😱
Have you checked home prices lately.
1 and 5 are very nice!!
5th looked the best
If you pick #5 we’re going to be neighbors! The amenities are mind blowing
She did 👀
Can you share the area where Apt 5 is located? We live on Water Street now and looking.
We found it- it’s on Rocky Point
Can’t wait to see the moving vlogs!
I like #1 and #5!! :)
Do you believe that when people own their homes they become their parents just like in the Progressive commercial?
Can you please name the apartment complexes that you toured?
What Apartment # 5 complex name?
The price of apartments and rental homes have sky rocketed in Tampa due to all the Northerners and Midwesterner moved here..
You could get a castle in Texas for 3000 a month
What’s the name of the apartments tho ?
hi lauren, nr. 2 & nr. 5... i think nr. 2 :)
$2700/month for 1 bedroom? I thought only CA was that expensive 😂
can u share ur process of apt hunting? like ur 1st brainstorm to ur final decision, how u go about the process, what resources u used, and what relevant info did u look up pertaining to ur apt or surrounding neighborhood (safety, traffic, shops, GDP, etc.)?
Lol tell me about it! 😬
I’m watching Kieun on YT. She now lives in CA and she just made a video about her apartment. 3100€$/month for one bedroom 😳😳😳 it’s not even the average salary here in France
@@sophietrenier5444 apparently Lauren picked #5 which is $3100… my question is how she can afford it lmao as a full-time content creator, it’s hella expensive!
@@Seolhwaneul yes i understand
It's absolutely absurd with what's going on in Florida. It never used to be that expensive
I think you picked apartment # 4
You look like a pretty flight attendant 🌸
The 3rd apt looks like The Heron and if it is it has a 3.9* rating on Google lol
pants at v beginning!?
HOW CAN YOU AFFORD THIS? I think my 1500 /mo rent is SO EXPENSIVE
She has a job as well as her CZcams and socials. Girl is a hard worker and wants to enjoy what she works hard for.
@@stephanielacoco she def doesn’t make enough from her YT/ social media to afford 2k/mo apartment. Also her socialblade is at about $100/wk on the high end….
No hate but why flaunt what you don’t have?
@@agreeneway4516 she is living her life and sharing online for her subscribers. She isn’t flaunting anything, that just your emotional state that sees it that way. I am secure, I don’t see it that way. We all have different things we spend our money on. You can choose not to subscribe or accept that other people can and do think/feel differently than you do and it is all valid. My apartment is 2552 a month and my Mercedes-Benz is 757. Plus all the other bills. I think paying for a nice place to live in and a beautiful car to drive is worth it to me. And just like Lauren, your opinion on that is entirely unnecessary to post about. I think 1500 is great if that makes you happy. I just wouldn’t do it. Take care hun.
@@stephanielacoco yeah if you can afford it great! I’m saying, Lauren and all these other influencers can’t and it’s extremely misleading.
@@stephanielacoco also WHAT is a Mercedes 757. I’m embarrassed for you rn.
First🥰
$2700 for a One bedroom is crazy specially in Florida
Lauren. Ralph Lauren. Snide remarks.

Apartment 1
#4 ☺️
I’m curious as to what the name of those apartments are for number four
💕
This is the kind of country we live in now unfortunately
Yeah 😢
People Thst live I. The most expensive communities
Good video
It’s funny that you’re recommended to me because I probably acted inappropriately with this girl named Joelle who is a good name for your kinda look. She owns a Napa place. I could continue but
Girl! Don’t you know that what you’re wearing, what type of bag you’re carrying, how you have your hair and make up done, and your jewelry -ALL plays a part in how much they quote you??? A lot of places do this. It’s a thing. They see if you look like you have money and quote you up as a result. Car salesmen do this, apartment and housing agents do it, restaurant workers, and clothing sales people. You are treated differently depending on how you’re dressed. It’s not supposed to be the case, but it is.
Also; we moved from Southern California across the country. -we lived fifteen minutes from the Kardashians, and we paid $2,800 for a three bed HOUSE. Right outside of downtown LA. Why? Just why would you do that to yourself? You don’t want to be stressed out tying to keep up with the lifestyle. I knew a LOT of people in LA who were, and they were not happy.
Just be careful.
I think you choose apartment #1
I hate to break it to you it’s not safe anywhere anymore. No matter how great you think the community is It’s effected the whole country
yeah I live in philly so I feel this lmao
100% true, just got to be aware of your surroundings at all times. I'm in NYC so not far from Philly.
@@dannieleigh very cool! I was actually in nyc this past weekend! My mom grew up there too :) but yeah, safety is down everywhere but esp here. We’ve surpassed nyc even again for crime and are so much smaller. Ugh. Be safe everyone!
Tampa and Fort Lauderdale are two very different cities. Unless you’ve lived or spent a significant amount of time in both, you wouldn’t understand the differences she’s noting.
My rebt is 1700 in Tampa 3 bedroom two and a half bath plus garage you over paying
👀
What area if you don't mind sharing? Currently apartment hunting
But does it look like these premium apartments?
Try living in CA 😂 Same prices and u get shitty old looking places hahaha
Young lady you have a very generous sugar daddy.
nope all me
Florida is beginning to be like California now how cost of living
Hi Lauren, thanks for sharing this. I sent you a message on IG, please let me know if you see it! (Moving to Tampa question)
