I lived in a similar unit close to 6 months at WFC. Good place to start for sure! All you need to bring is cloths, pillow, blanket and bedsheet. This place is categorised as a Hotel, so unfortunately you won't get a mailbox ( a lot of official work happens via paper mail, Kivra is an option to this). Excellent for people working in Lindholmen as it is 1.2 km from this WFC.

@@ritobanHCET Yes, it is possible to register address at this place with Skattaverket. The only issue is the first mail they send will never reach. You could give your office address or friends address until you get the first mail and then change to WFC address.
@@anuragkale6269 Hi, I would hopefully be joining the UNIVERSITY of Gothenburg on fall 22. I would be really glad if you could answer some of my queries. I have heard that a housing contract is important; now if I would like to get into the waterfront studio and share it with another student, would I be able to get the housing contract that is required for the official works like applying for the person number, opening bank account, etc? Excuse me if I have said anything improper as I do not exactly know how the whole thing works. In other words, would it be possible to stay in those studies by sharing with another person and still manage to fulfil the absolutely essential paperwork? One more question, how far would be the Haga campus from those studios? Thank you.
@@Shakibhere 2 people can live in the studio. Regarding the address - it can be used with tax agency, the challenge however is the post. They do not have post boxes ( there are workarounds, talk to them). First registration happens via paper mail. Haga campus would be 15-20 minutes by public transport.

This is a good start. Then you can apply for first hand contract or look for 2nd hand contract.
It's 30 mins away from Volvo office.
do they provide pressure cooker and what other utnesils are provide so I can cook normal food like daal chawal. Please reply asap so I can travel with appropriate stuff

In rented apartment they do have utensils. But not pressure cooker. Do check my packing list video

@sarath, Now they are creating a new building beside K5. It will be available from april i guess. And they will be creating more new apartments. So, you will get it anyway. It's not like someone will leave any apartment then only you will get.
