I am so sorry about your food!!! I'm right there with you. We camp and ice fish a TON out of our ice castle RV edition. Tip for busy mamas....put yourself a reminder note on a sticky note and put that note either on the door as you leave, or in your car on the steering wheel. I forgot stuff in my fridge once, and the reminder note has never failed me since! Love you guys!

Connor have followed your channel. If you want to visit the north coast of Ireland for a lawn project … come on over !!! We have a fabulous lawn, surrounded by fields and a lovely stream running through our property . We overlook the causeway and are 500 metres from the sea 🌊. With our climate our grass is greener than green and needs mowed weekly ! We get lots of rain and sea moisture. Could do with your tips and eye for detail

This vlog made me oddly emotional. Like what a dream of a trip, I would’ve rather of experienced that than even a Disney trip as a kid. Pure bliss! Your kids will cherish those memories forever!
I honestly think this is the best trip my kids have ever been on.
They felt free. They really just enjoyed being kids.

First aid kit, each persons clothing&personal items, toiletries, bedding pillows, blankets,sleeping bag ( pillow case you just stuff in your clothing, cooking equipment regularly check plugs, lights everything works. Food and snacks, water, charging plugs.
Spare wheel in case of a flat and jack, check oil and water and fuel in the vehicles.

We have all done something like that before Bonnie , I always have canned food and 2 minute noodles in the cupboard in our RV for emergencies.

We have a huge outdoor rv rug that helps with keeping the dirt outside. We also bought a small stick vacuum for our rv. Kids always bring in so much dirt.
That is in our list! We have a LONG list of items to get!!

A suggestion for the food situation in future is unload from your car to RV (besides stuff you need to make inside house).
Food is ALWAYS #1 on my list for any road trip. Don’t you snack while your on your way there?! Honest question..that’s a bummer you forgot the food.
So frustrating about the food! That is 100% something I would do!
