This is absolutely phenomenal. Not just stick handling through those pucks, but the fact his skates never touch one of those pucks is amazing. Glad Kaner is with us in Chi-town.
I've seen Kane at practices, he is incredible skill level, does amazing things with the stick, puck and skating ability. I have a friend who works in front office for Hawks and he swears every second of it is real. I believe it.

@@constancekremer1090 first of all that is crazy impressive, second 16u is midget minor (at least in the US).. hitting changes the game a ton. I’m not sure I can legitimately give you tips “as a girl” but fs what I would tell anyone entering that level. 16u is a massive jump, everything gets faster and kids are finally getting to understand how to play the game and level skills out. if you want to be elite, start working out everyday you dont have ice, and if you have ice a lot then maybe overlap some days. not only weightlifting, but work on flexibility and resistance training to prevent injury and improve mobility. for skills, dont overwork yourself. what I do is switch off days, weights, resistance + skills, weights, r+s, rest, repeat. good luck!
