Thank you for this!!! Saved my life. So frustrated just bought a new chainsaw and I couldn't get it started. This worked like a charm. I did have to pull probably 20 times when in the warm start position. I am sure I flooded it initially, had no idea I was doing that. Thanks very much!

Thank you. I learned moderate- and cold-weather starting from my local Stihl dealership. In 100ᐤ summer weather, full choke only floods my saw. My MS291 is starting fine now in the heat when I use half choke.
