Shiva has numerous forms that encompass every possible quality that the human mind can and cannot imagine! Some are wild and fierce. Some are enigmatic. Others are endearing and charming. From the naïve Bholenath to the fearsome Kalabhairava, from the beautiful Somasundara to the terrible Aghora - Shiva embraces every possibility, remaining untouched by it all. But among all these, there are five fundamental forms. In this article, Sadhguru explains what these are and the significance and science behind them.

that´s the brand or mark of every realized master ( the genuine ones ) beside that you can be sensitive enough to feel this high level of vibration or radiation coming from him as it is unconditional and all inclusive , the first t time i experienced that was when i met Amma the first time , i entered the place and got weak knees so strong was the love i once felt in her presence , i stood at the entrance but had to sit down so some ppl had to climb over me , i was absolutely absorbed by her love , it took hours until i got the hug she was giving to everyone but it was like minutes , i enjoyed that pure love shower that much , i can´t find words for it , the days after i had to cry a lot she had opened my heart chakra somehow ( i guess that is all i know and the fact that i know that i don´t know ) .
with Babaji it was different he was a perfect mirror , you got with what you came ( that was very hard for me as i was full of doubts , i alway have these doubts , i guess this is what we call conditioning , to question everything ) .
Sadhguru is an unique one of his kind ( i guess like every master ) i would love to have the chance to experience his presence at least one time in my life , i collect such moments for the time of my death , to be better able to focus on love and compassion. and i have so many questions but i guess i will have to find it out for myself , like my teacher always did , he gave me a clue but nothing more i always had to find my own solution he was just the ground personal , checking that everything goes well ( and he is the best teacher i have known so far only that we call it Ha Tha yoga in a shaiva shakta kashmiri tradition of advaita vedanta ) Pranam to both masters my beloved yoga teacher Leopoldo jesus Chariarse and the deeply respected Sadhguru jaggi Vasudev , i can´t say that i love him but i have a strong sympathy for him which is growing video after video ( and i have watched a lot of his teachings ) . He is an example of what you can do best with your life , being in service to others with the best you can , that´s Sadhguru he shares the most precious thing in existence and has made so many beneficial projects that his name should find a respectful place in the history books at least in india ( the rest of the world will follow but it always takes time , first there is india and then slowly the other countries join .
what a great time to see yoga rising to a world wide movement , 30 years ago we could only dream of such an expansion , yet it is just like usual , i am waiting for the time when it finds its way into the teaching rooms of every school ( that would be my best wish as it is so important to keep that knowledge alive and transmit it from one generation to the next one )

i love when he was talking about shiva
he was not talking about the mahadev with a physical body.. What you refer to as Shiva is not Mahadev but parmatma / truth.
It means you are discriminating things. And that could make you sad when he will talk about other. God's. Every one Need to come out from it. Feel Shiva everywhere..

Do you know If some body activates all Seven chakras to its fullest he becomes like Shiva himself.Sadhguru said dhyana linga is the subtle form of Shiva himself because of all chakras energized to its peak but Sadhguru created it, So isnt it true to some point that Sadhguru had reache the Shiva state,and in one of his videos he said he is not devoted to Shiva,Shiva is his partner he is devoted to the people.
I don’t think any one can become shiva. If Sadguru achieved that state, is he father of all souls?? Is he god father?? Is not he is in birth and death chakras? Yes he is. And all of us are in birth and death chakar but shiva never comes in this birth and death cycle.
I don’t understand why people follow to gurus and babas instead of god directly. Why not we take god as guru instead of fake guru and baba.

you like his other video's because they make logical sense to you, this is the reason why he is mostly talking logic, because in our modern societies, we preach and teach logic which is just a mechanism for our survival, there have been so many logical beings here on the planet, but logic cant take you to the ultimate, just as an example, lets say you are a learned scholar, you might have read 10000 books, i can give you another book to read since there is no limit to knowledge. Now if you observe closely, this universe itself is infinite, do you think we would ever be able to understand every inch of a place, about whose starting point or ending point ie. area in question, we have no clue. so instead of that it's better to be, to see the world as it is in your experience without going about understanding things logically. :)

I am not sure how that matters here. A name can be either be given by the parents or you can change it by your self in the middle of your life or you can be given a name by the work you do by others. And I never address my teachers with their name but call them as teacher or guru. My dravidian culture has taught me to worship my parents first then my teacher and finally god. Also with the google it is easy for you to find the name kept by his parents to Sadhguru.
