For a team that had legendary defenders like Baresi, Nesta, Maldini, Cafu to have subpar defenders like Calabria, Thiaw is criminal. Calabria being a captain tells all you need about the quality in the team.
And having attackers and midfielders like Pirlo, Seedorf, Ambrosini and the like, having Pulisic as a 10 is an absolutely, freaking joke. He looks lost and unable to sort himself out. It wasn’t until he was taken out and rounders and Okafor were playing that they looked better… but still poor. They deserved to lost this game!

Who has great defenders these days? System play + possession tactics took away from defenders being what they used to be. Man City doesn't have great defenders. Neither does Madrid, Inter, Bayern and so on. We are in an era where you need the right coach with the right tactics. No matter what talent you have.

They didn’t begin to look threatening until Pulisic was out and Reijnder moved forward. I do t get this desire people have placing him there unless there is some pressure from the American owners that they want Pulisic playing but there is no good place for him to be since Leao is in his normal spot. But number 10 is is insane.

He's a player who will play ok and sometimes will play a very good game but most of the time he will play descent to terrible. He should not be starting. If he played the way he played when gattuso was coach then that would be great but we rarely see that.

Milan got robbed That was a clear pen. The first contact was on Morata. I swear it's like football keeps getting worse ever since VAR has been introduced. Also how did goal line technology not pick up the goal from Torino when from the naked eye it had crossed the line.
While I'm not a fan of cheap penalties, I'm also sick of defenders going through legs to make challenges. This was a difficult decision and could only be seen on replay, but given the penalty was called, I don't understand how it was reversed after reviewing it. Nice fight by Milan at the end though.

He had all the time in the world to hit the ball first time cleanly like any top striker would do, but instead decides to run so deep into the box that he only creates 2 bad situations for himself at that point. First, he reduces his goal scoring angle if he were able to get the shot off chances are he'll just hit it into the keeper or 2, hope for a PK. Just flat out poor decision making. Had he hit first time like any moderately decent striker would have (literally both goals Milan scores are first time strikes), that would have been the tie and Milan would go on to win it. Instead Milan had to settle for a draw. He doesn't even know what he's doing in the goal that he does score. Milan fans, he is not your savior. You will all be hating him by mid-season.
