1955 Gibson SJN : Country Western refin natural

Very Good condition, 7,5/10, Made in USA, this beautiful vintage guitar has a story and the story explains why the bridge has the shape and size from the mid-60s instead of the slender 50´s version; the original owner sent the guitar back to Gibson in 1966 to have it refinished and installed a new bridge, great sounding guitar with no repairs, lots of finish checking and tht finish has turned amber yellow, this model first came out as Southern Jumbo (SJN) but the name changed in 1955 to Country Western, the FON starts with W so it is a first year Country Western from 1955, this model is really an upgraded J-45 with natural finish and ouble paralllellogram inlays in the bound fingerboard, including hardcase
