Dhoortha is an experimental Kannada short film about childhood trauma ! How Perspective of a person changes based on experiences from the past especially in childhood when the young mind is still learning and figuring out the world and its unwritten rules !
This Kannada short film revolves around the main character and his targeted victim and how the presence of an unknown entity/person affects the overall course of action !
The Short film has heavy influence from the portrayal of characters from contemporary kannada classic hits like GGVV.
The short film is set in the backdrop of the beautiful nature of UttaraKannada and is shot in the Kannada language.
There are a lot of horror elements and pitch dark nights in this kannada short movie which is used to set the tone of the story to the horror/thriller genre
