How To Build A Really Powerful Mini Vacuum Cleaner

My motivation for this build is that I needed a good way to reduce the gnat infestation among my plants. Many of the small vacuum cleaners don't suck very well and I wanted one that does a better job. While there are many other small ones available in the market, it's more fun to build my own.
