I’ll be trying to grow red stemmed Malabar spinach this year. I ordered the seeds from Baker’s Creek and I’m excited to try it. If you haven’t found a source for it yet you should definitely grow your own!

U can propate using fresh malabar spinach you buy from market. Just replant the stem after you remove all the leaves and in a few weeks you will have new leaves growing from them.

The spinach texture is a bit slimy. The soup is not.
