Using FORscan to obtain Climate controls on your New sync 3 screen

- Quick tutorial on how to use FORscan to obtain the climate control menu on your newly installed sync 3 screen.
Purpose for this is to make it easier to control and see what temperature your am at through the screen.
Biggest reason also is because later on I will be installing the I pad mini just under the factory sync 3 screen making a dual screen setup.

Never had that happen before or heard of it. Try looking at other forscan as-built data codes. Or check them to make sure they are correct.

Will this work on a 2017 MK8 Ford Fiesta?
It should be possible but not to sure if it will function properly. Do some hard research on both f150 and fiesta Forums, they usually have the answer.

Doesn't work unless you have navigation I guess? I tried and it keeps navigation fault
Sorry about that, Maybe there is a different code made soley for radios w/o navi. Try looking them up on f150 forums.
No offense but it seems like you had more questions and uncertainty than I had before even coming to look. It doesn’t instill much confidence in following the steps.

Appreciate the tip and appropriate way on letting me know. I don't have much knowledge on forscan but it would always annoy me not having climate controls on my screen and i know alot of people have the same problem, its the reason why I made a video to help atleast on the coding but thanks again for pointing out.

Umm yes the purpose of this is to have the controls icon show up on the screen so I think that's what your asking.

@@makeitmark27 I don't have dual zone either I just got the bezel & controls w/ duals but it doesn't function.
Does your auto work on the hand controls ? I don't want to waste money on a new bezel if it doesnt
