Perfect layout. More homes need two master bedrooms as more people are having in-laws live in the home to help with kids, save etc. now if I can just pick this house up amd move it to Houston/Pearland then I’m living the life lol!
It's crazy that in America this costs $500,000 but here in the UK something like this would easily got for £1,000,000.00. It's the price you pay for living on a small island where land comes at a premium. I'm moving to Florida
Wow! Gorgeous pool! Moving to Florida from California has been on my mind for the last few months. New homes in Bay Area are $1,500,000-$1,700,000 + property taxes 1%-2% depending on the city + supplemental tax (parks, roads, city bonds, etc.) and no pool, lot size 3,000 - 6,000 sq. feet. For $650,000, you can just get old home built around 1970 year and under 2,000 sq. feet

I’m moving to FL next year around early Spring or so, and this is one of the 3 homes I’m definitely interested in, and Bellalago is exactly where I want to be. But it’ll all come down to how much money I end up getting for a property I am in the process of selling.

It’s crazy that this house is almost my exact dream layout. The living room and kitchen island are way too close for my liking though.
I agree. It's how I would decorate it. Right down to the colors. So calming. And I love how they have 2 master bedrooms although I'd have to take the one upstairs. My husband would have to take the downstairs when he's in the doghouse. Although, that doesn't really seem like a punishment in that house. Lol.
I have a friend whonowns the Bimini model. I always wondered about the 2 island design. One large island instead of 2 would easily add an additional 10 ft between the kitchen and family room.
Yeah, and I'd have the sink in the island closer to the oven (if left as two).

NICEeeeee! I have a POS house in CT that's 1492 sq ft and it's on 1/2 in Bloomfield and Zillow for 225K. My brother is in Ocala and my cousins is looking in Brandon area. I'm 65 and need a change. The $5900 a year tax along with vehicle, SS, and pension taxes suks. My best friend and his wife moved to Dunnellon, but it's to remote for me.

50gs? That’s a great deal. Come to cape cod where I live. Half the house, some of the same extras, but here is 900gs. Crazy. Nice on cape for 4 months, nice in Florida for 9 months and nicer houses and properties

Florida will be completely destroyed by people moving here by that time. Trust me you're better off where you're at. Florida used to be beautiful, but not for much longer. Turning it into a trash heap overflowing with homeless people.
