Based on my experience with New Home Builders in Central Florida this one is one of the few that include many upgrades. If this type of property is not to your liking, no worries, my team has access to all the new and resale homes in Central and South Florida.
As a luxury architectural & interior designer with a RE license this is false advertisement and maybe you need to take the NAR about luxury listing classes. The better words are to use many upgrades or extra amenties. Luxury homes are multiple or double digits million dollar listing now days depending on location. Luxury homes have tile that reaches the ceiling, cabinets that reach the ceiling, islands that take up a full length slab, closets with cabinetry…list goes on and on. I’ve been to Florida… Naples, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale are examples of luxury homes. Aspen, CO; Park City, UT; Hamptons, NY; Palo Alto, CA; Atherton, CA; Corona Del Mar, CA; Mercer Island, WA … all locations with luxury homes. You have to remember the internet is not just for your local marketing! It is world wide and correct verbiage will give you a better reputation and credibility.
