- Join us for a mooch around Ventnor which was a popular destination for Victorian holidaymakers and Queen Victoria's favourite seaside retreat. According to The Sunday Times it has been named as one of the "coolest places to move to " in 2024. It has an abundance of unique independent shops and cafes and is a great place to pick up treasure in the local charity shops. We take you for a winter beach walk and nip into the Spyglass Inn, for a cheeky drink.

Well, what a nice little find this is, and i've watched 4 videos in a row to boot.
I'm a visitor to the island a good few times, as i stay with friends in Ventnor. There's an aura to much of the island i find almost magical, and i love watching places that are more off the beaten track, and very much overlooked.

Ah thank you so much this feedback has really made my day. We love the island so much, there is nowhere I would rather live and it’s been a lot of fun sharing the places we go. Not sure I agree with your music taste though 😂

Oh, I can't believe you've gone to Ventnor and not shown us the 'Carnaby Street Cafe'. We love it in there, 1960's retro cafe somewhere near the big car park I think?.
Back on the island this June, fantastic place, visit every year ❤❤
