My name is Jess! I had a daughter (Lilia) at age 18 w/ my high school sweetheart. We mutually split up & co-parent to this day. I met someone new, got married, had twin boys (Kyson & Kaden) and another son (Landen). He cheated, we split ways, & he’s not around much. After juggling life as a single mom of 4 for some time, I met Chris, he had 2 sons: Caden and Tommy, who eventually became my step sons. After Chris and I got married, we had our 7th child together, Addelyn. FYI on charcoal toothpaste it doesn’t make your teeth whiter like normal whitening strips it actually eats away at your enamel which can cause your teeth to be more sensitive so just be wary with that!

Have u ever thought of doing painted rocks with the kids I bet they’d love it it’s kinda like Easter eggs but it’s year round and for all ages
Basics
Rocks that have been cleaned u can either buy them or get them from rivers or creeks (running water and a scrub brush is all that’s needed to clean them a tinny drop of soap if there super dirty with mud of pond scum) if there only dusty wipe them with a wet paper towel
Let them dry
Craft paint like apple barrel
Clear spray paint to seal make sure to spray the back side first on cardboard once the back is sealed and dry flip it over to do the painted side this eliminates any overspray from remaining tacky and messing up the design
There’s painted rock groups everywhere I bet your town has a group but if u just do #KindnessRocks that’s the basics for what to put on the back so people know what they are
U paint them then leave them around town for others to find which makes people smile sometimes even making their entire day the rocks being so much joy to them ❤️
U can also use stickers and temporary tattoos even printed images or cutting out napkins, gift wrap pictures from magazines
If the paper is to thick peel apart the layers so the picture side is thin enough to lay nearly flat
Use tacky glue to glue down stickers cover the back and smear it out with your finger stick it on then do a few coats of mod podge once the glue dried prior to using the spray paint
Temp tattoos do a base coat of matte white once it dries apply it like u do on skin followed by a couple coats of mod podge so the spray sealer won’t screw it up
TIPS
Avoid sharpie trust me it’s not worth getting them they suck for doing rock painting if u can get them to work I tried and the paint clogged the marker (yes the paint was dry) others who’ve done sharpie successfully say it fades in the sun
Get paint pens posca is really good so is tooli-art but any acrylic paint pen will do just cost it in mod podge before spray sealing
Avoid gems, beads and google eyes wildlife have eaten them off rocks and other outdoor crafts and have died they mistake the bright colors for food only do this if there staying inside then it will be fine
Dishwasher safe mod podge is really good it can withstand moisture and heat without getting nasty the regular even the outdoor kind doesn’t do good in the elements
To apply the mod podge I usually use my finger only a drop at a time and I rub it on it makes nice thin even layers you’ll need multiple drops per coat

Just an FYI, please be careful using essential oils in a diffuser around your cats. Some like Lavender and cedar wood are ok but there is a lot of them that are dangerous for cats like citrus oils. Just sharing some cat info from a random crazy cat lady :-)

I have been using a diffuser around my pets for years ( bird (parakeet who lived toll he was 14 years old) 2 guinea pigs and a dog). Yes I am careful and never diffuse where they can read it and luck it, and try to make sure the room is well ventilated. But I do not really worry about it. I am Njust careful. My pets are more then happy and healthy
The way I prioritize my health is that I quit drinking energy drinks. I used to drink 2-3 energy drinks everyday even when I didn't need it. I also started taking apple cider vinegar gummies and prebiotic pills.
I've seen bits and pieces about apple cider vinegar being good for you.

I have PTSD and severe anxiety and so things are sometimes slower or more difficult for me. But, sleep, water, eating out less and going outside(and trying not to burn) are on my list of goals too!

I actually stopped watching for awhile because the comments were off. While I don’t comment every video I don’t like to support someone when the comments are off. To me it says “ Hey bitches watch my channel so I can make $$ but u do know your comments aren’t important to me?” Sorry it this is the way I feel.
@@June-rb1nx just so you know, it wasn’t her who turned the comments off. CZcams had done it on videos with children. She missed the comments also, and regularly told people to post their comments about her vlogs on her other platforms.

CZcams would turn them off and the content creators had no choice in whether there comments were off or on.
