My biggest issue with him and the whole "Maybe there will be a very good dog in the future" idea is just the sentiment that is created by that.
I fear if too many people go for him it will show plarium that they don't even need to give us good fusions just fusions that "might be good in the future maybe" which is not something we need tbh
he also a notable taunt ability in his kit too

@@quirkytitle172 But, I think you're missing my point. Emic Trunkheart was a fusion last year. For players like myself who have been playing this game for quite a long while, we have that champion. We don't need this guy for that type of role. Not to mention I have way crazier options than a taunt loop. But I digress, maybe if you're earlier in progression and you're just now coming into hydra, this guy could be good for that type of player.

If they was to give us the information about a dog champ I would probably go for him, not gonna waste resources on a what if.
Him and felhound are a budget lady mig/ oboro combo for hydra. With a good hound there could be something special imo.
I have Fellhound already built as campaign farmer and i struggle for a second or third hydra team. Maybe he is an option.
Shemnath is based on the Statue of Liberty - hence why her guaranteed event has launched on 4th July ;) - so I'd say she's 100% a she. Also confirmed by her lore, and I love the Ghostbusters 2 vibes I get when I see this champ
If you're and Early to Mid game, this champ with or without a dog is soo f*cking useful specially in Hydra... I'm a 6th month player and I have perfected my 1st team in hydra that can 1-key hard, I'm on my way on building my 2nd team for Hydra which is lacking a good Hex Champ.... This champ has a good hex and a potential tank for mischief head.... With all that said, always remember, Free login Lego champ is coming this month! ... It could be the Lego Dog! .... now think it hard so that you won't regret it....
His hex is not reliable, if you are 6 months in then you may get more out of uugo than this guy as he is cheaper to max and people use him even in good teams! Not saying he is bad, he is decent but not someone I would be maxing on day 1, I sincerely hope they bring in some epic or legendary hounds which take him to that must build tier

That's why I said this champ has aside from a bonus hex, is a good TANK for MISCHIEF... my arena champs and dungeon farmers are good, what I'm building now is my 2nd team for hydra... and he definitely fits that description for me, Building him won't be an issue for me because I still has a lot of extra Lego Books... for me his kit is good, and adding the fact that plarium will definitely be adding some good Dog Type champs, free or not at least I have 1 of the components for a good duo which is this Shy`ek champ....
@@nightking4132 every account and player is unique so he may be a very good fit for you , absolutely 👍 , for me I was way more stingy with books that early on but times have changed and it’s not the same for everyone, hope you get an awesome team out of him . I will still do the fusion as I have resources but likely to vault him
6 months hard hydra... someone is spending or getting crazy lucky pulls.
He's really good for Hydra. Block buffs that can't weak hit as it's not an attack (with turn meter boost) and Hex on every head with AoE, add to that a cleanse and a taunt !
Can't hex decapitated heads since it's only when he is attacked and that's where your big damage comes from. Really cuts down on his value.

Fragment fusions are the easiest and most useful because you can summon them anytime. I feel like as a late or endgame player, it's worth it to get the frags if you have the resources. I skipped the Incarnate fusion last month, so I'll probably do this one.
Hmmm i got a feeling the secret pair/hound/beast is a Log-in champ... it'd be cool if it is.. but my strongest guess is a guaranty Sacred... that's just my take...
My guess is orc faction unity champ in a couple of months.

I think he's useful for an early/midgame account. I'm only going for it because I've skipped the last couple so I finally have the mats to do it and since it's a fragment one he's just gonna sit there waiting to be summoned in a future event
Yeah, I thought I was going to skip this one. I already have Emic. But the new champ looks cool and like you said, fragments can be saved and pulled for something like CvC or future Champ Chase.
I haven't done a fusion in a while. This one seems worth going for. There will be a new dog for sure. I wouldn't be surprised if they did a guaranteed champ event for it. I'd say either void or sacred. I'm trying to make sure I have the shards ready after the fusion.
Fragment summon, I can hold off on using the shards if I really am afraid he won't be good and cash those in later if I want. Or you could casually go for him and take what you get and cash those in as well.
Also this fusion started at the start of a 4 day Freedom weekend in America.
People don’t get how Plarium makes money. If you don’t think they are going to milk this champion with some powerful combo then you just don’t get how this system works. Champions like this are unique and have loads of potential combo. OddOne already made a Spider 10 Hard build. Can your team clear spider 10 hard? No? Why are you not doing the fusion then? New hounds can be released indefinitely. Also new combos to come. You never under any circumstances skip a champion like this. A lot of you seem to be new to gaming or haven’t played many games because this guy is an obvious pickup to people that understand combo synergy.

I am skipping. It's a freaking game my life won't get any better if I clear spider 10 hard.
I'm on the hunt. I simply cannot skip because of the ambiguity behind the possibility of a future hound. Even if it's behind a pay wall and I can't get it (HOPING it's a free login champ), I'd be missing out without the packmaster later down the line. I have 1 other taunter so his taunt ability will be quite useful as I am only able to complete normal Hydra right now. He might enable me to go a stage higher after he is built and that is enough of a reason to pursue him (in addition to the possibility of a new dog).
FOR THOSE ON THE FENCE... it is a FRAGMENT fusion. This is as easy as it is going to get so you might as well do it if you can because it's an easy fusion AND you can wait to pull him for the NEXT fusion's champ chase. Super good return on investment. For anyone midgame or later, the events are super easy (I already have 40 shards and I have barely spent a thing getting there).

I knew between the CVC offering personal rewards again already and the progressive chance again for Gnut that they were big trap but I still jumped into it used a shitload of ancients and the Sacreds I had.
I'm going to do the events for something to do and rewards but not fussed if I miss some fragments, maybe push the last half if doable, otherwise will sell fragments when I can

I like his concept. I am down for this goofy guy and who let the dogs out, I know it's not the best for efficiency but I really like this one 😅
I am getting him, but I’m mostly getting him because I have the resources and there are a few champs I want to build (I do most of my champ maxing during fusions) and I want to farm gear/silver. If an awesome hound comes out later I’ll be glad I have him but I probably won’t even open him for a long time.
Actually already got him from very first sacred shard I opened today :D so Fusion is done... Building him. Would try to use him in hydra taunt loop...
I wonder why Ba-Satha or Tatura were not considered to be dogs in the packmaster's list as well... They're beasts in the game, it would certainly improve the fusion viability for mid-end game onwards.

But, you did put a very good point. If they did enable him to pair up with any four-legged beast or champ, he would be far more viable!
they are not hounds. but i'm surprised they didnt include brakus. he's still not a hound but close enough and would make him so much more viable late game
plarium has 2 different versions of a new companion hound, waiting on deck to debut around the last week of july... if too many f2p and low-spend players complete this fusion, plarium will punish the community by putting out a weak/epic version of the new hound. but if mainly only whales and krakens do the fusion, plarium will change course and reward those players by releasing the op/legendary version of the new hound instead, which also punishes the greater community for mostly skipping the fusion.
I was thinking something similar to this. Based on how many people go for him/skip will determine if the dog they release will be trash or not.

I think he's going to be pretty interesting on hydra, so long as he's slow with a fast pain keeper so that he can keep the taunt up all the time. I'm going for him as it'll be easy for me to do the fusion, esp as I skipped the last one. I think you'll regret it down the line if you skip.
A new hound could come out, but they would have to change his kit. His current kit doesn't just say any hound. It lists them specifically so even if they did release another hound at a later date, there is no guarantee it will even work with this guy.

I'm 50/50 too, TBH. I don't think you gave him an effective test for a multitude of reasons, but at the same time? He's just a meme unless something cool comes out later. I think he'd be an absolute blast to pull and then build and play with, but I'm not going for this fusion.
I want to see what YST does with him though! I have a very strong gut feeling this guy could be YST's new Conellia. Though I'd bet it requires 3-5 fellhounds built. haha
If you read his Lore they mention 3 dogs that are not in game.

I'm going for him, always try to do frag champs, and block buffs is a rare enough debuff that any champ that does it AOE is worth a look in

close to 750 champs in all of raid, 26 of them have AOE block buffs, even fewer of them are 100%, sounds kinda rare to me

yes i would consider less than 3% of a population to have something that the others don't to be rare, but i guess we differ on that judgement
@@Spacewizzard090 I go by numbers not percentages in this instance. Percentages mean little when Raid adds so many champs to the pool. Also not all Block Buff champs are created equal. So using percentages when some champs are better at this particular skill is pretty meaningless. But go ahead, it's clear you just want to win an argument 😂

My plan is to participate in this fusion collect as much fragments as I can. If I don't manage to collect all the fragments I'm gonna be exchanging them for Maud fragments. If I do collect 100 or more fragments this dude can sit in the fragment summon panel until I decide what to do with him. I'm ok with whatever happens.

Nub did the best video on the fusion plan he calculated points and if you do go for the guaranteed you can get up to the first mythical tomb. And good thing with guaranteed you might get more than 1 lego between the guaranteed. Nub became saph 😂
For early or midgame players, level 3 Dungeons (not spider) are best for Dungeon Divers. Level 3 = 0.8 points per energy Level 20 = 0.76 points per energy. I still do lvl 3 when I have capped my dungeon tournaments points and still need dungeon divers points.
Put in you AOE Campaign farmer and 4 food, and do 9 second runs. Exp per run stinks, but you are farming :
dungeon diver points, ancient shards for summoning event, levels for champ training, and gold for artifact enhancement

Too unique. Great synergy with the guaranteed and champion training. If you do the 150 ancient (I save shards), with 3 sacreds and the mystery shards needed for champion training you can pick up 2 legendary tomes and a mythic. Its actually good.
I pulled my Sacreds today, was already quite deep into mercy and got a dupe Yannica. #feelsbadman

with only 1 epic dog in the game. I think we are going to see 3or 4 epics and mythical and 1 or 2 lego dogs before the summers end. likely a deck of fate for the lego and the 4 dungeons will get the epics.

too many people are focusing on his synergies with a dog imo but iirc in your video you even brought up that you still need to build acc for his hex and you still need res for other buffs not getting stolen so id say just run him without a dog. thats what bronko did for his latest yannica taunt loop team

He's a Hydra champ and nothing else. There are plenty of great Hydra champs. And it's not exactly like the rewards from Hydra Clan and Hydra Clan Clash are as good as Clan Boss.

I’m going for what I want. Gear. Money. Resources as they come without too much work (30 ancients cap for both accounts for summon rush. Rest will be mystery. Build up food reserve is still a win) I’m not “trying” to get him but if I somehow manage to get him I’ll summon him, during next cvc or champ chase for a fusion I WANT! The last one I didn’t even try. Took the Epic and built them. This one it’s gonna be determined by RNG like good ole Plarium LOVES! 😂😂😂 Having Maude also gives incentive to do SOME fragments. I’m not going ALL IN for anyone I deem below A+. Too many useless champions on my account between fusions and shard pulls of fusions. Most my fusion pulls….. I pull before I completely the main fusion costing me 20k of cvc points lol

I will pick up some fragments for Maud but yeah, not going for this guy. His kit doesn't do anything for me. Like I said when he was first spoiled, if they release a good dog champion later on, that still wouldn't make me want to use this guy. The only exception to that is if they make the new dog(s) have partner abilities with him. My opinion is I don't need him, regardless of what may come out in the future.
