I main both of these characters. Two of the only successful counters Kirbykid got against him shows the problem: spacing
If you counter against Sephs tipper, he's out of range of Krools belly blast, leaving him wide open for a followup. If you counter him in close range, it reflects only the damage of a sour spot hit, sending very little damage and knockback back towards seph. It's just not worth the risk against him
