The routine visit to the high school gymnasium proved even more rewarding for Camden forward Joyce Edwards Wednesday.
Awaiting to greet the University of South Carolina-bound senior and three-time state champion was a throng of media and representatives from Gatorade. The organization made a surprise visit to Camden to present Edwards her National Player of the Year award.
