still a great song that sounds terrific 34 years later!
Relevant zelfs
Another gem bye one of the best bands in the friggin world !!!!!!
The immortal Golden Earring. These guys have been recording for over 50 yeard
Super nummer.
North east west south. News. Genius
Nice video, reminds me of Peter Gabriel!
Song is pretty close to King Crimson's Sound in the 80ies. Great video and lyrics.
Dit is een fantastische plaat!
Sjaak Kazenbroot you said it
It is a shame that commercial radio 'shaped' '80s music the way they wanted, when there was so much more to enjoy. Not many even have a clue what is actually out there!
Great album BTW!!!
Dan Giles that is true even more so today!!
Ja hoor blijft mijn favoriete drive juist nu want dat lijkt mij logisch ❤
This song is very interesting. Love Golden Earring since I found out they did play some progressive rock for a few years. The King Crimson reference makes a lot of sense.
I really like this song and the video interesting :)
this is so coool i like it!
Zeitgeist der achziger Jahre...
Volgens mij het meest ondergewaardeerde album van Golden Earring, en volledig ten onrechte....
Compleet mee eens
leuk om nog eens terug te zien deze clip na 26 jaar
It's great seeing this again. Paul de Nooijer, Menno de Nooijer and I shot this in Paul's house (Middelburg, Netherlands). A number fun stories are associated with the production. We also created "Something Heavy Going On" for them. Great people in that band.
Such a great video! similar to style as Hugh Cornwell's Another Kind Of Love video from 1988 and Sledgehammer for Peter Gabriel in terms of the animated sequences
One of my favorites from this record, despite AllMusic's harsh description of N.E.W.S. and Orwell's Year as _musical abortions._
thanks to MTV. artists popular in the sixties and seventies were able to stretch out creativity in music videos. too bad MTV is mostly jive-ass reality shows than music videos. I just don't know how MTV today has audiences.
We're these songs released as singles in the USA
Wow # Gomden news
Lol
Wrong world,not my Golden Earring....
Hi, can you tell me, whats is your world? and what is your GoldenEarring........?
I like a lot of bad music but this horrid. Straight up garbaggio
This is so bad, you can feel the creative strain just for sake of filling time
