Paneer Pizza Sandwich Recipe : A must try recipe !! The Combination of this Sandwich and Pizza looks great . Also tastes delicious which is filled with the marinated Paneer and colourful crunchy vegetables as well. A best option for kids party or for any party at home or enjoy this cheesey Paneer pizza sandwich hot hot in evening Snack :)
Ingredients :
1. Fresh Bread Slice ( White / Brown - Plain )
2. Paneer - 100gm
3. Onion - 1
4. Tomato ( seedeless )
5. Capsicum
6. Sweetcorn Kernels
7. Grated Ginger - 2 inch / 1 tbsp
8. Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp
9. Fresh Curd - 2 tbsp
10. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
11. Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
12. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
13. Pizza seasoning - 1/4 tbsp
14. Red chilli flakes - 1/4 tbsp
15. Mustard Oil ( must add ) - 2 tbsp
16. Salt to taste
17. Butter / Clarified Butter ( Ghee ) - to Roast Sandwich Pizza
18. Pizza Mozerella Cheese ( as required ) or take Amul Cheese Spread / Cheese Slice instead
- For Garlic Butter :
1. Butter - 3 cubes / 3 tbsp
2. Crushed Garlic - 1 tbsp ( 10-12 cloves )
3. Pizza Seasoning - 1/2 tbsp ( optional )
4. Red Chilli flakes - 1/2 tbsp
5. Fresh chopped Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
- For Mayonnaise Cream :
1. Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
2. Tomato Sauce - 1½ tbsp ( or use schezwan sauce / red chilli sauce instead tomato sauce )
