Mushroom Tikka Recipe ( Odia ) | How to make Mushroom Tikka without Tandoor : Tikka is one of the most popular Indian Appetizer . Which is made by marinating and grilling .. Tikka has many variations in veg and non-veg as well. But, here we will learn how to make Mushroom Tikka at home without Tandoor . Which is juicy , soft inside and flavourful . Check out the uploaded recipe of Soft Paneer Tikka recipe below . These mouth watering hot hot Mushroom Tikkas goes great with a special spicy chatpata Green chuteny . Ingredients :
1. Button Mushroom ( Chhatu ) - 250gm
2. Curd ( Dahi ) - 125gm ( 1 bowl )
3. Gram Flour ( Besana ) - 2 tbsp
4. Onion Petals - 1 ( big )
5. Diced Tomato - 1 ( medium )
6. Diced Capsicum - 1/2
7. Crushed ( Ginger - 1 inch + Garlic 7-8 cloves )
8. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
9. Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
10. Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbsp
11. Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
12. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
13. lemon juice - 1 tbsp or 1/2
14. Salt to taste
15. Butter
16. Oil
For Tikka Green Chutney :
1. Fresh Mint Leaves - 1 palm full
2. Garlic cloves - ( 8-10 )
3. Green Chilli - 2 nos. ( as required )
4. Curd - 1 tbsp
5. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp or 1/2
6. Black salt ( or use white salt ) as per taste
