Please give us variants of the hardy longcoat and other more nuetral/non set cosmetics. Also, jackets that expose the right shoulder/arm proper, bc the left ones are always shown off. Shirts with some tailoring that way too, instead of rafedy stuff like the BR shirts.
I love the Stonewall imperial sovereign set together, with some slight changes to match better, but I 110% agree it should just be a shirt instead so you can wear jackets over the armor, I still wear it tho, looks great with the right hook/peg leg combo, and a different eye patch and such, looks fantastic
I think the Prate Legend, Ocean Crawler and Kraken sets (of all colors) are fillers, and their jackets and hats are there only so Rare can call them sets.
I've actually made a set with the Pirae captain's hat, royal sovereign shirt, gold horder jacket, majestic olive glove, ruffain sea dog pants, brown boots, and pirate lord peg leg. This my set. I also use sea dog beard or glitter beard.
I actually managed to make a pretty good outfit using the bilge rat jacket until I noticed that there was holes that revealed my characters skin color. I feel like there is a distinct lack of blue cosmetics, like, id love the basic maroon sea dog jacket in a good blue (wore this for ages until merrick's jacket dropped). We need more good cosmetics in blue and more good open jackets ! As someone proudly displaying his tatoos and scars in game, buttonned up jackets are a nuisance
This is not GSG and you’re not playing Deep Rock Gallactic. These guys rather made skeleton curse look like sh*t than remaking clothes (there even weren’t that many at the time) to make it work on a skeleton character.. You’re never gonna get what you want here :(

I wear the forsaken ashes set both because I like the devils roar a little bit and I love the look of the set but I really hate the look of the jacket The set does a good job matching the vibe of the devils roar and I really wanted a long coat with a cut down the middle with pieces of twisted metal but it just doesn’t work with its own set, and while i understand why they’d go for a blacksmith’s apron it just doesn’t work with anything, in fact im working towards the DA jacket to use as a substitute

I will try, but not only does it depend on how hard the parts are to get, but also if they warrant stereotypes at all. What I mean is, I doubt enough people are gonna wear the skelly curse. I thought it'd be way more popular, but the ghost curse seems to reign supreme. Everyone's a guardian, no one's a servant besides me.

i love the eastern jade set as a ashen dragon but not evil look even if it's the most expensive non legend set (and the equipment is locked behind a surprisingly painful commendation needing to sell 25 generous gifts)
Like I often say, their art team doesn't seem interested in making a pirate game. They'd much rather work on plague doctors and high fantasy stuff like minotaurs, gorgons, ents, etc.
My go to "Time to be a proper pirate" outfit will always be the Gold Hoarder Jacket, the sovereign gloves and boots, hunter pants, tavern froc shirt and the Merc hat. I know the greens are different but you really gotta be looking close at it to notice.

Turns out, I would've figured it out a long time ago but Adobe specifically locked off that solution because SOMEHOW, testers kept ACCIDENTALLY changing their resolution mid-project. HOW DO YOU EVEN DO THAT? Rest assured, it's been fixed for the moment, but I dunno if it'll stay fixed. I tested my solution twice, and it only worked once.
If they dropped a black version of the Hardy Longcoat I would just immediately die out of sheer joy.
