New Fog Light Kit from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ALF...
Fog lights aim low to light up the road ahead when visibility conditions are foggy, rainy, and snowy. Unfortunately, they are also positioned low to the ground, putting them in harm’s way. If your light has become damaged, you can replace it with an engineered to fit TRQ part, and drive with confidence the next time bad weather strikes. This video shows you how to install a new TRQ fog light on your 2005-15 Nissan Xterra.

    Thanks. Awesome video
Got the fog lights with all wires for installation. No need to spend extra money on the Turn signal switch.

While this method surely works, this is a perfect example of what NOT to do when installing fog lights on a 05'-15' Nissan Xterra. These vehicles come pre-wired for fog lights. The light housings themselves are literally plug and play. You just need to swap the stalk out on the steering column for the one that has fog light controls. Easily found used online. No need to wire anything.

Don't do this! Most xterras are pre wired, just find a combination switch with the foglight option and it's literally plug and play!

Don't understand why your running wires that are already there I literally just added fog lights to my 06 and it was plug and play and I just took the wheel well out it

it looks like the nissan was already wired for fog lights. Is there a way to splice into that?

No need to splice anything, it's pre-wired in the Xterra. Just plug and play.
That said, I don't know why he didn't use the pre-wired wires installed.

Yes will work but you have to swap the headlights assembly by the steering wheel with the one that has for the fog lamps. The oem is expensive and the generic one is cheaper but does not work as well like the oem. So its easier an cheaper to do it this way adding a switch

I wired my truck just like this one but it was working fine now its killing the fuse.. dnt know why tho
