I love seeing the next generation getting exposure, and enjoyment, from the music I grew up with. I'm not an old man, but the music gap between what I grew up with in the late 80's and 90's vs what today's 20 something's grew up with is so big it amazes me.
I grew up in the 80s and 90s too. It seemed to me I was exposed to the rock songs of the 60s-90s during that time probably because of radio. It blows my mind that todays generation haven’t heard of most of the bands from older generations. Maybe because they don’t listen to radio anymore, it’s all ITunes.

Back in the 80s, all of these rock concerts had this kind crowd. I was blessed to be able to be a teenager then and experience some of them and to see rock and roll at it heights. This was a time for the ages.
The song has an amazing connection to what happened in Mogadishu. A soldier was held captive after a blqck hark helicopter went down and the rescue team constantly circled the area and played the song yo let him know they haven't gone and that they are looking for him, & they played it repeatedly so he would know until which point they got him back alive. He and the lead singer are now friends.

Argentina has an incredible reputation at the audience level, said by all those who played there Ac Dc, Rollin Stone included. you made Abel Pintos rations in that stadium. Argentine kiss!!!
NOTHING beats hearing this live in concert 🤘😝🎸 I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve heard them sing this live over the years & that Live at River Plate concert is one of their best ever & featured arguably one of the biggest mosh pits of all time, with the exception of Metallica in Moscow in the early 90’s (1992 if I recall correctly). You just can’t go wrong with ANY AC/DC songs 🤘😁🤘

The best way to enjoy AC/DC is to basically gun the volume up way past 10 on the stereo dial & if you can get the cops knocking on your door about noise complaints from at least a block or 2 away… IT’S JUST RIGHT!!! 🤘😝🤘
Although many song versions are good live, I’d personally recommend listening to the album version first. It gives you a complete idea of what the band wanted to portray.

I LOVED watching your joy. It was real. I will tell you a story. Love of my life and I had to wait 6 years to finally date because we met young and her parents wouldn't let her date until she reached a certain age, 16 and I was 17. So we never discussed our feelings. I am old, lived in a different time. When the time had come I went looker for her to invite her to the prom, she found me first and invited me to a party at her house, her first date and mine too. She asked me what I had been going to ask her and I told her I would wait till the party. I wanted to be romantic and do it in front of her family so they would know my respect. She left skipping. The way you shook your body, the freeness, the liberation made me think of her skipping away in joy. Thank you. I miss her dearly.

The band is in their 50's and 60"s here and, the fans here are the children of AC DC's original fans.
I would have loved to be in that crowd even though I probably wouldn't survive it now. ACDC brings you instant energy.
I don't think I would have ever have survived it; I like my space and that crush of people would not have been welcomed.
