Sausage Stuffed Peppers and Mushrooms

- These two healthy recipes are a must for entertaining, celebrating, or just a great
accompaniment to any meal. My recommendation to keep it healthy is you use a fresh
store made sausage made with fresh ingredients, appose to prepacked sausage that
contains additives and preservatives.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. fresh hot sausage
1 1/2 lbs. fresh sweet sausage
( the amount depends on how much you want to make )
6 medium hot banana peppers
10 medium mushrooms
( again the quantity depends on you )
Olive oil
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Wash the peppers, and wipe the
mushrooms with a damp towel.
Step 2
Snap the stems from the mushrooms, cut the stems from the pepper,
and clean out the seeds.
Step 3
Spray the dishes with olive oil, and begin stuffing the peppers, and
mushrooms and place them in the baking dishes.
Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes, serve warm.
