- Automobilista 2 continues its' path to be one of the best sim racing games out there. With a multitude of new updates in its newest version 1.5.3 the sim has mesmerized many fans.
Be it the Formula cars of the 91 and 93 era, active suspension or wet lines. Some major updates dropped with this patch. And if that wasnt enough Montreal and Interlagos got their early 90's version introduced as well.So much to see and we picked out the 5 shiniest nuggets in this video!

Fully agree, both versions are! Quite the jump from passive H-shifter car in one year to fully kitted-out spaceship with electronics in the next đ
Never been so jealous of my PC peers. PS5 is great but this as an 80s child is my racing wet dream
AMS2 runs on the same engine as Project Cars 2. I'm not saying a cheap PC would run this flawlessly... But it definitely doesn't need latest, most expensive hardware to run smoothly. :)
U can grab a pc thats ps5 level for around $1000. Cmon do it, imagine this in vr, grab a vr headset later đ
Can't wait for Skins etc to come out for these new cars. Was playing the 91 season the other day, couldn't contain my excitement when red 5 was in my mirrors coming out of the pits at Interlagos. VR performance in this game is up there with iracing, one of my favourite sims to play these days when I don't want to go online
I love it. It is nearly the only thing I play on the steam deck. Runs beautifully as well

Hi how do you get to race in the 92, 93, in these cars, ive looked at the menu and can't find them đ
They are a new DLC that is not part of the Season Pass anymore. The cars were free to use for everyone during the weekend of their release, that has been reverted by now. Hope this helps :)
too bad this is not a review but rather just a verbalized version of the patch notes. the physics are getting worse with every patch. still kinda unpredictable overall and spinny in slow corners
And wheel lock ups in McClaren MP4/7A but not in MP4/8A. Its so inconsistent. Another game changer failure.đ
â@@abuelb Maybe because the MP4/8 has ABS(Anti-lock brakes) and the MP4/7 does NOT have ABS electronic aids.....sounds pretty realistic to me, and I'm not having any problems with consistency or anything.

I know you guys have to create content but please stop pushing this crap game down peoples throats. Automobilista will never be a good game and by the time AC2 is out it wont have any relevance left.

@@Pobsworth If their physics model cant provide an accurate feel on different surfaces its obviously very flawed and I wouldn't have made the comments I made if I didn't try it on asphalt.
