  • Week 2 of the 18 week shred plan
    Today I woke up at 6am on a work day and went an hour walk for cardio fasted.
    I did the stationary bike post workout for 30 minutes due to the weather.
    Arms is a sore day for me as I’m bothered with elbow pain and left biceps pain. This is just from a long time of weight training.
    Weigh in day tomorrow.
    My diet is tough and the next few days is when the hunger really kicks in for me. I normally check my weight once a week fasted and that’s a Friday I do that.
