Great job. Maybe not perfect, but a solution and much better than before.

I am not sure anything will get rid of all the slop but it did help! I thought about making my own linkages but the heat shrink tubing trick worked pretty well and was basically free to do. Obviously if you had to buy the tubing then it may bee better to go the hardware route like this. Great tip to show off and like I said, anything will help it!

It was worth a shot Martin. Most wouldn’t even have had the courage to try.

Ditch that servo saver. It is the worst one i have ever used. That servo also looks like it has a lot of internal play.

Yeah it’s only a cheap servo so probably does have some play

Looks like a lot of the slop is in the servo saver ? A decent one would get rid of it, but then throwing £18 on a good one aint cheap 😂 but the £5 ones would prob help a bit ?

I’ve been kinda wondering if servo savers are really even necessary with something like a 25~35kg metal gear servo - seems like the old school servo savers were way more critical back when all most of us could afford was a single radio with 2 cheap plastic gear servos 🤷‍♂️
Then again I’m chock full of misinformation and bad advice so…
