What is a contraction? a contraction is basically the shorter form of 2 or 3 words together. For example:
I am = I'm
Going to = Gonna
I am going to = I'm gonna = Imma (Wow! I know! right?)
If you want to speak fluently, fast and in a natural way, then you have to learn about English contractions and how native speakers pronounce them. Splendid video lecture on contractions.. Now, all of Maddy's students must be trynna learn all these contractions. Again, on the off chance if anyone isn't fimiliar with it, these contractions are just to concise the language. Grammatically, most of them are considered wrong so don't use them in writing for an exam. Ya'll can use it in speaking English fluently. You all= Ya'll, trynna = trying to.
