He has described this 3 months of psychosis on the Zach Sang interview.

Snake Venom, Ren suffers for his art...When you have the ability, to make other people, look into their lives, and face their own struggles, whether it be physical or mental pain..
To me that is what I call a gift indeed...For if I never came across REN, only God knows where I'd be in life, If here at all...I have suffered in silence for years...I know, and have always known I was not alone...but I felt alone..
REN gave me the courage to tell my family, this is how I am feeling...Now I am getting the help I need, to sustain my very existence... I find channels that make me laugh out loud.

Seven Sins is the opening track to the album but the one written most recently and you can see how the writing and production in Ren’s work have evolved and developed. This is one of the best tracks on Sick Boi. The layers to the sound, the switches of tone, flow and cadence…..absolute 🔥🔥
133 refers to angelic communication that helps you discover hidden meanings. I'm not an expert, but that's the numerology when I Googled it. BTW, thank you SO much for your interpretation of this song. This is one of my favorite Ren songs, but I was puzzled at some of the references, and I think you absolutely nailed it! Also another gem Ren threw in there..."Bloodstain, crime scene, forensics (For Ren's sick) ---- "Lights on, lights off". So many hidden meanings throughout the song. Ren is intelligent and puts it directly in his songs with the lyrics, so deep for so young. With the pain reference “Have you ever felt pain?” Ren suffers from ME, and I suffer from Fibromyalgia which is very similar to it. These conditions mean you can feel all over pain that is so intense you will beg creation for it to stop… its stomach wrenching and never ending.

His correct diagnosis wasn't given until 2016ish which is the year he received his first stem cell transplant which basically brought him back to the land of the living despite still dealing with a lot of symptoms. Also, pretty cool he decided to release Sick Boi on Oct 13 helping to make 13 not quite so unlucky.

Came bere because of Seven Sins, which I think is THE best of the album, and your break down is prob my favorite. I know this is late bc you reacted several months ago but a couple of things: the descriptions of his condition at the beginning tbru to the seraphim are VERY close to what he described in one of his chapters. IOW literal. If you haven't listened to them, you should. Also, voodoo = zombie. Humble is not just Kendrick. Also, listen to Humble (also other connections to other songs). I also think in the continuum, Hi Ren is a more positive reference to the journey to acceptance in Seven Sins. And forensic = foRENsic.
