- Tenzin Ösel Hita gives a talk at Kopan Monastery, April 18, 2023, several days after the parinirvana of Lama Zopa Rinpoche. Filmed by Bill Kane with video and audio editing by Megan Evart. The audio isn't perfectly clear but this version is a huge improvement over the original audio which was essentially unlistenable and unintelligible.

This lama is very genuine. One time I was in New Delhi airport, flying to Dubai. There was an old Tibetan monk who seems lost. Lama Osel did not take a second to run to the monk and help him navigate the airport
The previous reincarnation Lama Yeshe was always saying Thank You, Thank You. He was always in a state of Gratitude. And this current reincarnation Lama Osel are talking on the topic of Gratitude

I don't believe much in the theory of reincarnation. However, I do beleive Tenzil Osel is a very beautiful and special person.
A better recording for a very important message would have been good. It was a struggle to listen to all the surrounding noises and voices

Yes, definitely. In Buddhism attachment is one of the three key sources of all our problems. Once we have a grasp of its meaning, we start to see it everywhere and also in ourselves. The antidote is to embrace the impermanence of all phenomena. True reality. 🙏🙏🙏
