I'm going to be picking up my Casita Liberty in April of 2022 in Rice TX. I was wondering where you are because I would love to have these shelves in my new Casita, as I will be living in mine full time, and I think this is the best system I've seen. Thank you

No nothing moves or loosens. Ask Frank Knight also. There are two of these closets driving around. Ours just went to the Smokey Mountains. Tested on many trips in two trailers.

We are taking orders. Install timing depends on your schedule and travel plans. Kits are available to ship or pick up, but we don't ship when we're traveling. If we're in town, we usually ship within a week.

Hey Louis, I guess I am just dense but I still don't get exactly where you put those support blocks? I see the vertical center support but what else is holding up your shelves?
I love these and will do this eventually. I like the hatch at the bottom, since we’re still using the space below for storage, so would probably alter the bottom shelf slightly so the hatch can be larger (the width of the door opening). A mod mod ;-). Are you planning on making kits, or just templates?
The screws on my 2019 SD closet door are Not triditional phyipps screw ! Where can I find the tool to remove my closet door, to install your kit. Thank you in advance Cindy

How much does all of the wood weigh? Would this fit the closet in a 2000 LD?
34 pounds. Actually I think your closet is bigger. We're testing fit in many models now.

Mike nothing. Are there blocks on the wall of the Casita holding up the table at the wall? No. Does it fall down? No. Same idea.
I believe its the inward curve of the bottom half of Casita shell that wont allow the shelves to fall.

Bill the hatch can be bigger. Frank just made it that big. If you keep the supports off to the side it can be bigger.

So how does stuff not fall off shelf
There is a lip along the edge, to keep stuff from shifting. We keep clothes in packing cubes, too.
