Tokyo Tower and Roppongi Tokyo 4K Drive

Let's take a drive around Roppongi and Tokyo Tower together.
If anyone says any different, turn around and walk away feeling good about yourself that you just saved the next 30 minutes of your life hearing about how Tokyo Skytree or Sensoji or even Meiji Shrine is more iconic and recognizable than Tokyo Tower. Think of every movie you have seen set in Japan. Can you, by memory, name any other structure? If you're a James Bond fan you might remember Himeji Castle in Hyogo prefecture. In American travel marketing there are a few others on this list. For example Itsukushima Shrine and Kiyomizudra Temple, but outside of those, Tokyo Tower is the spot.
The Tower is a station away from the nearby neighborhood of Roppongi. Roppongi has its own identity for shopping, business and late night (very late night) izakaya scene. It's a very cool place in and of its own. I would recommend taking a trip to Hamamatsu Cho Daimon Ko station, which is the closest to Tokyo Tower. It's known for its business scene as well, but specifically for international business. So if you're looking for international food. Go there. Need help setting up a new cell phone plan and get a good deal on an iPhone, go there. Everyone speaks English. I was working there in the late 2010's during the rugby World Cup and was able to catch a few matches after work In a pub with blokes. Quite a great way to make friends and have a pint.
