Rob: when i received this exact unit i had a white plalstic filtration part, length of the insert of the shower hear=d, i thought thois was the filter. why do they ship us this unit with that part in it ? it is confusing until i watched your vidoe, so i thank you for this very much
Question!!! I have the same head just got it! But where the balls are located, there is a white tube that they are in! Did yours also have that? Am I suppose to remove it and then put the balls in like you have it? Thank you!!

Mine did not have that, these products are consistently being improved, so probably one is newer than the other so sorry I can't be more help.

Mine didn't have a tube. If I were you I'd put the stones in the tube you have.

Can you open the shower head to access the rotating part. Mine seems stuck on this model. I tried opening in every way possible. TIA
@@RalphJrTrozzo Hey Ralph, it was super hard to get open, I levereged the floor while using both of my hands to twist the handle. Good Luck!
