Wandering Galaxy seems to be the best of the crossroad games ever, refining and finessing from all the previous games. Especially the sandbox and save elements which really help move the campaign forward and not necessary for the completing the adventures in one sitting like Forgotten Waters or Freelancers.

But it will be good to have a comparison with the other crossroad games in the series, esp Forgotten Waters and Freelancers.

You mentioned Sandbox elements and narrative story, Freelancers and Forgotten Waters has about 5-6 adventures. what does this bring to the campaing table ?

Very interested in getting this one, however it seems like it can be bought at retail eventually. Am I missing something? We still need to finish Forgotten Waters and start Freelancers😂

It’s a way to support Plaid Hat directly. Plus you can buy add ones like more paper and if you wanted a book version of the app if you prefer no devices at the table.
