    thanks for the ideas, i've been doing Shaun T's Insanity and it's 90% squats and jumping and I always get knots in my quads.

    Fantastic video and this has been a personal game changer as I just recently took up boxing in my 40s and the cardio drills have been killing me! I know it’s been a few years since you posted this video, but if you happen to still have those sweatpants you’re using would you mind letting me know what brand that is? I love the length and I love the look, and I have had a lot of trouble finding that exact same style.

    Good ones and I was looking for these as I cannot do the first one in your list as I find it harder to lift and hold the feet . I need to do the rest of these and see how my flexibility improves in my quads
