Yea the look on his face was the face of angry bear saving his cub. He was not playing any games with ANYONE
He saved HIS world and that’s all that matters.
It amazes me that a father daughter relationship would make me feel the way that I do. And here I thought I was the type to like romance movies. This means so, so much more. Their bond is so precious and unbreakable.
I never thought a show would make me feel this broken inside. I know that's just how amazing it is but I'm so emotionally invested into Joel and Ellie that it's hard to cope. I love them. Just thinking about some of the plot makes me want to cry. As a stable person who doesn't cry easily at entertainment or most things, I feel surprised that I feel so much for them. It's insane. One of the best shows of all time.

I didn't remember some of those moments, how many people had gone and indirectly (except Tess) made Joe realize he would choose Ellie.
Joe is not a hero, he is an anti-hero, because he chose who he loved over the rest of the world which was already in pieces, he decided the certainty that she lived and not a possibility of salvation.

Creo que las temporadas que se aproximan ( ya que el creador dijo que dividirán la parte dos en dos partes) serán realmente duras, ya que los que jugamos el juego ya sabemos lo que se aproxima, la soledad de ellie, más perdidas etc.

He's just scared to love again and lose again. No wonder most ppl relates to him. The whole series is like him fighting himself not to have a feeling for ellie.and he doesn't succeeded.
