    Just trying to give a friendly advice.
    Fix your audio.
    Get a lapel mic and tiny dead cat, put under your shirt.
    try recording it externaly or a wireless rode system.
    And/or don't talk while riding.
    it's not the best education for people anyway to see a guy recording and riding at the same time. Keep roads safe and your audio good. :-)

      What handle bar do you recommend for improving caad 13 and do you also recommend to change alloy seat post to carbon seat post?

    Based in NYC - I am living about getting myself a CAAD13 or ALR5
    the price tag of the CAAD13 makes me sad...
