This is a wonderful presentation which clarifies a lot of confusion regarding DORV. In my centre in India we see at least 30 DORV 's every month. Pre op ECHO does not always delineate the anatomy and surprises on table are unpleasant and common. Especially in older patients where the option of univentricular pathway is not a true option I have lost patients due to this.
