Great vid as always. Only comment is that during the rotations Armando turns foot, shoulder, head so 'seeing' the ball is the last thing he does and often in the video he stops moving as he looks around. I've always been coached head, shoulder, foot so that similar to an in-game scenario where you would watch the invisible ball line to the striker rather than turning into space and looking for the ball. My question is that if before shouting go you took 2 steps away to the side (without telling Armando, or him seeing) how would he react?

For the Drill: Rotation of the body to low ball, on the right side of the goal he turned outside of the cone to make the save, whereas on the left side of the goal he turned inside of the cone to make the save. Why didn't he turn outside of the cone on the left side of the goal? Or does the direction of the turn not even matter? Just curious..
Where can I find the 5-6ft poles for slaloming and whatnot on turf? I’ve looked online and idk why but I can only find them for grass
