I don't remember if it has PS2 ports for mouse&keyboard. If it has them, you need to borrow a PS2 keyboard from somebody to activate usb. If not, I understand you deactivated the usb from the bios, so you need to reset the bios.

You are using 32bit Windows. You need to install 64bit Windows.
