+Don Giller- Do you recall a viewer mail segment where a guy writes asking Dave if he could ask him for an autograph if he saw him in public and it cuts to Dave imagining himself on the street wearing a hat with a siren on it, yelling at the kid with a megaphone? Also, there was an audience question segment where someone asks Dave if he could do something about the guy behind him waving at the camera and security comes over and breaks the guys arm in half? The viewer mail segment to which you're referring aired on February 20, 1986. I haven't uploaded it yet. re Who Asked For It -- there were two instances when the waving guy (Dave Rygalski) had his arm destroyed: December 4, 1986: the page (writer Gerard Mulligan) breaks his arm June 11, 1987: the same page nails his arm to the audience seat. Neither have been uploaded yet. I'll get to it, though likely not today.

The weird thing to consider is that at the time they taped this, Woodstock was only 14 years ago. 😳
