  • The Philistines are first recorded in the Medinet Habu inscriptions of Ramesses III. This is about 80 years after the Israelites were said to enter the Promised Land. This inconsistency has led some skeptics to claim that this points to later authorship of the Pentateuch. This video will discuss the issues that surround the so-called Philistine Problem.
