If I had to give one big improvement, begin with the meat. Brown it and then drain out and empty it on a plate or something. Removes a lot of fat and grease from your final product. Then use the red wine to scrap of the font and do your carrot and tomato paste etc. And at the end at the meat in the saus. Else your saus it very grease heavy.
That’s meat sauce. For actual Bolognese, you would make your recipe as posted but add and reduce a cup or less of milk after the tomato paste but before the canned tomatoes. Once the milk is evaporated, you would add a cup or less of dry wine, then reduce it again until it is almost completely evaporated. THEN add the tomatoes and additional ingredients.

just run a slice of bread over the sauce while its simmering and that will soak up the excess fat
@@darabyrne2515 not really, there would still be a lot of it in the sauce. Better to just drain it.
I like it greasy, the fat is where all the flavour comes from

Why carrots tho?
Carrots go into Bolognese, the better question is why Oregano and Bay Leaf’s?
Magic
Is there a substitute for red wine?
Balsamic vinegar
Why?

most of the people hates it but to me it looks tasty
I have a little diffrent recipe but it looks delicious
I like to mix in a TBS of soy sauce and 2-3 TBS of siracha if you want to make it a bit more spicy
Please stop. If you want to make it spicy just add some fresh chilli or don’t eat Bolognese at all
@@BasedCroatia Yes bc I everyone has fresh chili at home at all times

Why do you want to replace the wine? If its cause you can drink alcohol don't worry the alcohol burns off when cooked
wine substitute ?
The alcohol gets cooked out.
